Moving businesses forward

Most small businesses get a bookkeeper, or a tax preparer once a year. Our clients get a team that keeps the books, closes the month, builds the forecast and takes the CFO’s chair when it matters, for a fraction of the cost of hiring one.

  • Founder’s experience

    30+ years

In finance and accounting, including CFO and FP&A roles at corporations across the country.

  • Founded in Columbus

    2017

Started by Leon Long Jr. in January 2017, with an office on East Campus View Boulevard.

  • How we meet

    Remote or on‑site

Bookkeeping runs fully remote; CFO meetings and QuickBooks work happen online or at your office.

The gap we fill

Sound familiar?

If one of these describes your week, your business has outgrown doing its own numbers.

  • You’re the bookkeeper

You started a business to run it. Yet your evenings go to receipts, reconciliations and payroll.

  • The numbers come late

Statements arrive months after the fact, long after the decision they should have informed.

  • There’s no plan

Without a budget or a forecast, cash surprises show up before you see them coming.

  • A CFO-sized gap

You need CFO judgment on pricing, margins and growth, but not a full‑time CFO’s salary.

What we do

One firm, from the first entry to the final return.

Pick one service, or let us run the whole finance function. Every engagement is scoped to what your business actually needs.

Fractional CFO & Controller

The CFO’s chair, part-time.

Don’t let the cost of a full-time CFO or controller leave a gap in your finances. Leon has held the CFO and FP&A seat at corporations across the country, and that experience now works for companies that need it part-time.
